Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jeeta website or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms in full or in part, please refrain from using our services.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and govern the legal relationship between jeeta and its users. jeeta reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and users will be informed of any changes via notice.

Account Creation & Security

To register with jeeta, users must be 18 years of age or older. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Each user may operate one account only.
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact jeeta Support immediately.
Failure to provide the required documents for identity verification (KYC) may result in restricted account access.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users must comply with the following rules when using the jeeta platform:

Using the platform for unlawful purposes or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to access another user's account, hacking the system, or sending malware is strictly prohibited.
The use of bots, scripts, or any automation tools on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Harassing, threatening, or sending offensive messages to other users is not permitted.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
Using jeeta's logo, trademarks, or content without authorization is a violation of intellectual property law.

Jeeta reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if any of the above rules are violated, and to pursue legal recovery of any resulting damages.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on jeeta are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are set in accordance with platform rules.
Successful deposits are typically reflected in your account within a few minutes.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the designated timeframe once verification is complete.
In the case of suspicious transactions, withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is completed.
Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
If excess credits are added to an account due to a technical error, jeeta reserves the right to reclaim that amount.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Third Parties

Limitation of Liability

The jeeta platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. Temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or unplanned maintenance. In such cases, jeeta will not be liable for any financial or other losses. Users participate in betting or gaming at their own discretion, and all associated risks are entirely their own.

Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Jeeta may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

If a breach of Terms or fraudulent activity is detected.
If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
For security purposes or to comply with legal requirements.
Extended inactivity, with prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and trademarks on the jeeta platform are the exclusive property of jeeta. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any of these without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Links

The jeeta platform may occasionally reference third-party services or links. jeeta is not responsible for the content, security, or operations of these third parties. If users choose to use third-party services, the respective terms and conditions of those parties will apply.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Jeeta reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the competent courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
